Our system detects your new posts automatically. Delivery usually starts within a few hours and is spread gradually, through our engagement exchange network and marketing partners.
⚙️ Can I delay or control the speed of delivery?
No need. Likes and views are delivered gradually by default.

🔓 Do I need to keep my account public?
Yes. We can only detect and deliver to public posts, so please keep your profile public while your subscription is active.
🛡️ Is this safe for my account?
We never ask for your password and never log in to your account—you only give us your public username. Engagement comes from Instagram accounts participating in our engagement exchange network and from our marketing partners, and it is delivered gradually. Instagram sets its own rules on third-party engagement and may remove engagement or limit accounts at its discretion, so please read our Terms before ordering.
🚫 Will I get shadowbanned or flagged?
We do everything we can on our side: no password, no login, public information only, and gradual delivery. Since 2013, more than 80,000 users have used our services. However, only Instagram decides how it treats engagement from third-party services, and it can remove engagement or limit accounts at its discretion, so we can’t promise a specific outcome. You can cancel at any time, and our Refund Policy applies.

Once subscribed, we check your profile for new posts. When a new post is detected, likes and views are delivered automatically from Instagram accounts participating in our network.
🙌 Do I need to do anything after subscribing?
Nothing. Just post as usual. Our backend handles the rest.
📅 Is this a one-time or per-post charge?
Neither. We offer weekly or monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel. We email you before every renewal, and you can cancel anytime.
🎥 Are views included too?
Yes. Auto views are bundled into your subscription to match the volume of your likes for a balanced engagement profile.
📈 How many posts per day are supported?
Each plan covers up to 3 posts per day by default. If you post more often, contact support and we can raise it to 5 posts per day at no extra charge.

You can track all active and past orders in your dashboard under the “Order History” tab.
🛑 Can I cancel or pause my plan?
Yes. You can cancel anytime via your dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops all future charges.
🔔 Do I get a notification for each post?
No. Since ProflUp is a subscription service, not per-post, you won’t receive delivery emails for each post. You will, however, receive an email reminder before every renewal.
